Description
Product Description
Universal rubber sheathed cable is applicable to movable electrical equipment, electric tools, instruments and household appliances as power supply; It is the most widely used rubber sheathed flexible cable with the largest output. It is made of thin diameter copper single wire with multiple strands bundled, twisted into a conductor, then extruded and wrapped with rubber insulation layer, after vulcanization, stranded into a cable, and then extruded and wrapped with rubber sheath and vulcanized.
General rubber sheathed cables are divided into light (YQ and YQW), medium (YZ and YZW) and heavy (YC and YCW) types according to mechanical performance requirements, and each type is divided into general type and outdoor (weather resistant) type.
The general rubber sheathed cable is often moved and bent in use, and it is required to be soft. Due to frequent contact with human body, it is required to have excellent electrical performance, reliable operation and be able to withstand different mechanical external forces. Weather resistant cable shall have good weather resistance and certain oil resistance.
YQ and YQW light rubber sheathed cables are required to have excellent flexibility, which is conducive to multiple non directional bending. The cables themselves are not twisted, light, small in outer diameter, and half of them do not directly bear external mechanical forces. It is applicable to the power cord of household appliances and instruments.
YZ and YZW medium rubber sheathed cables shall be flexible enough to move, bend and withstand general mechanical external forces. It is suitable for agricultural mobile power line and power line of electric tools.
