Product Technical Specifications:
- Maximum operating temperature and short-circuit temperature (maximum duration ≤5s) for conductors: – Low-smoke, halogen-free polyethylene insulation: 70°C (short-circuit max. 160°C) – Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90°C (short-circuit max. 250°C) – Thermoplastic low-smoke, halogen-free insulation: 80°C (short-circuit max. 250°C) Radiation-crosslinked polyethylene insulation: 105°C and 125°C, maximum temperature during short circuit not exceeding 250°C.
- Installation conditions and permissible continuous current-carrying capacity for low-smoke, zero-halogen cables are identical to those of corresponding non-low-smoke, zero-halogen cables.
